Our Yelp Profile & Reviews

Back in early/mid May 2017 a man from Lynnfield named Mike posted a false and untrue review to our profile in a pathetic attempt to blemish my company's great reputation. I've since responded to it publicly on the page.

I've also sent an email to a few of my customer's encouraging them to visit the Yelp profile and offer their feedback, which most did, and I am truly appreciative of their kind words. Yelp allowed all feedback to be posted then relocated almost all to a section of the profile "reviews not recommended", which I think is ridiculous.

Yelp is a "pay to play" website. I don't wish to participate with websites like that. Anyone claiming to be a customer can write a false review and it'll get posted. This is very frustrating as a business owner.
